Babylonia is a small mare that already made name in the show circuit. This multiple champion mare has so many titles on her young age that I made a separate page for it. Click here for all her titles.
Baby as I call her is a very nice mare to be around with in either halter classes as in the performance classes. That she has done this great is not strange when you check her pedigree. Her Dam, Sweety, is a multiple halter champion and her Sire, Sampson, was the first American Miniature Horse that obtained an ABOP-AA certificate in driving. Granddad at Sire's side is World Champion Little Kings Buckeroo Baccarra. So she had a beautiful pedigree which now is proven with all those results.
Babylonia has a correct conformation and is a great mover, but next to that she has an awesome character. She shows this by also being a horse for the youth. Several children already had great results showing her. As of her small size she is easy to handle and good attainable for children. As she can be trusted and with her reliable character one can easily trust her with children.
We love Showmanship. This as it is awesome to work with your horse, at which a mutual respect and confidence are of great importance. In a few months Babylonia learned the Showmanship. However this is not my achievement, but our achievement. From start Babylonia and I understood each other.
In 2017 Babylonia got a beautiful buckskin filly named Mona Lisa, who is sold to France in 2019.
October 2017 Baby went in driving training with Jeanine Vermey, who did a great job. April 2018 Joni Timmers started to drive Baby for the shows and during that 2018 show season, she won a lot of titles. 2019 we hope to show again. Meanwhile Eliane will ride Babylonia, but due to health problems of Eliane, we did not manage to start are show season in time. We hope to start later in the season. If Eliane does not recover in time, Joni Timmers will start driving Baby after her exams, so not before July. Joni will than show with her in Youth- and Open classes.
